Return policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before production begins or your item ships. Once cancelled, we will process a full refund immediately. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Not sent directly to the manufacturer

Shipping & Fees
We believe in fair returns - you're only responsible for the initial shipping cost. We cover return shipping, and there are never any restocking fees.

Refund Process

  1. We receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days)

  2. We email you a confirmation of receipt

  3. We notify you of your refund status

  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
